Welcome, my name is Michael Florin, the creator of this website. Being a personal fitness trainer and health enthusiast over the years, I have come to realize that there is a lot of public confusion about health supplements and their role in protecting or improving one's health. There are many reasons why the public is so confused:

Many people I speak to believe that supplements are unnecessary and that they receive all the nutrition they need from their food intake. Fact is though, even those who eat very nutritious diets do not receive the proper nutrient levels. A recent study by the USDA demonstrated that only 1% of Americans meet the minimum dietary requirements, with none in the study meeting the current goal amount. Clearly, our bodies are not receiving the necessary nutrition through food alone.
